Short Description:
Sulfonated melamine formaldehyde (melamine), commonly known as melamine, protein essence, molecular formula is C3H6N6, IUPAC named “1,3, 5-triazine-2,4, 6-triamine”, is a triazine-containing heterocyclic organic compounds as chemical raw materials. It is a white monoclinic crystal, almost odorless, slightly soluble in water (at room temperature 3.1g/L), soluble in methanol, formaldehyde, acetic acid, hot glycol, glycerin, pyridine, etc., insoluble in acetone, ether, harmful to human body, can not be used in food processing or food additives.

Sulfonated Melamine Formaldehyde Resin Chemical Properties:
Non-flammable, stable at room temperature. The aqueous solution is weakly alkaline (pH=8), and can form melamine salt with hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, acetic acid, oxalic acid, etc. In neutral or slightly alkaline conditions, condensation with formaldehyde to form various methyl melamine, and in slightly acidic conditions (pH=5.5-6.5) condensation with methyl derivatives to form resins. After hydrolysis by strong acid or strong base aqueous solution, the amine group is gradually replaced by hydroxyl group, first forming melamine, then further hydrolysis forming melamine monoamides, finally forming melamine.

Sulfonated melamine formaldehyde resin water reducer belongs to a water-soluble polymer resin, colorless, good thermal stability, in the use of concrete mixture, good dispersion of cement, high water reduction rate, early strength effect is significant, basically does not affect the concrete setting time and gas content. Melamine formaldehyde resin type of efficient water reducing agent water reduction rate is high, in the dosage range, water reduction rate can reach 15% ~ 25%, the durability of concrete significantly improved.
Due to the composition of air entraining, the concrete added with this product has good impervious and frost resistant properties. It does not contain chlorine salt and will not corrode the steel bar. The early strength effect was obvious, and the later strength was greatly increased. The strength of 3D and 7d can be increased by 20% ~ 25% compared with the benchmark concrete, and the strength of 28d can reach 120% ~ 135% compared with the benchmark concrete.
