Diffusion agent NNO is a kind of anionic surface active agent, the appearance is light brown powder, easily soluble in any hardness of water, 1% solution pH value is 7~9, no permeability and foamability. Diffusion agent NNO has good diffusion and protective colloid, acid resistance, alkali resistance, hard water and inorganic salts resistance. It can be used with anionic and non-ionic additives in the same bath, but not with cationic additives.
NNO dispersant is mainly suitable for VAT dyes. It can be used as the diffuser of disperse dyes and VAT dyes, as well as the dispersion levelling agent and acid dye diluent for textile dyeing and dyeing. In addition, NNO dispersant keeps the fine particles of disperse dye in a stable dispersive state in the dyeing solution, which can improve the dyeing rate and rubbing fastness of disperse dye, and obtain uniform dyeing effect, and overcome the defects of color difference, oil spots, filter spots and so on in the inner and outer layer of the drum yarn, and improve the dyeing quality.
The solubility of disperse dyes in water is very low, and the dye is in the state of microparticle dispersion in dyeing. The microparticle dispersion dyes have the tendency to reduce the surface and condense. This tendency is particularly significant at high temperature. Although general disperse dyes have been mixed with dispersant, this dispersant can only disperse dyes in water at room temperature, which lacks the function of textile dye aggregation at high temperature. Especially in the process of yarn dyeing, the dye aggregation causes serious uneven dyeing such as oil spots, filter spots and color difference between inner and outer layers. Therefore, it is necessary to use a good levelling agent to improve the dispersion of dyes at high temperature, and the diffusion agent NNO has this property, so a certain amount of dispersant NNO must be added in the dyeing of polyester cotton yarn bobbin.
